We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
Contact us by phone or email to set up a On-Wheels event. Ask us about repeating events such as once/month!
Event Time
We will help you choose the perfect time for your event based on your type of business, which days you are hoping to bring in more customers, and when you think your customers would most enjoy a paint party.
Event Cost and Minimums
$40/person starting, depending on the distance of your location from our studio and if you’d like to collaborate on including a drink or other item within each ticket price. If you are a business owner or facility manager looking to schedule a public event at your location, there is no cost to you unless you are looking to provide the tickets or a portion of the ticket price to your residents/customers. Otherwise, we both promote the event and have customers sign up on the Wine & Design website.

Market the Event
If you are a business looking to host a paint party at your location open to the public, we also provide:
We will help you market the event on our social media and emailed newsletters. We will tell our in-studio customers about the event and highly encourage you to do the same. We will provide you with a flyer to post at your location, or can send you any other images you’d like such as social media posts etc.
It’s very important for the success of your event that you share information on your social media/newsletters/in-person etc. The event will likely attract brand new customers for you, but it’s your existing customers that already love & support your business that will be especially excited about the event.
After the Event
We take care of all cleanup! We will take some group photos which we will be happy to share.
