We are a family owned and operated small business.
We do not issue refunds, and we must be notified more than 24 hours before your event start time if you cannot attend your event in order to issue store credit (Chunky Blanket transfers include a transfer fee). This is because our events are live entertainment, we reserve a seat especially for you, and trace out your canvas, schedule appropriate staffing and purchase & prepare other supplies according to our registration numbers. Therefore, If you cannot attend an event and you are past the 24 hour deadline, you can either give your tickets to someone else or notify us if you would like a take-home kit. Store credit must be used within a year from date issued.
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and get a drink. We will start promptly at the class start time!
We have free on-site parking on either side of our building (not back), all customer spots are labeled Commercial or Guest Parking. There is also free street parking.
Beverages are not included in the ticket price. You cannot bring in outside beverages per WI law. You are welcome to bring in outside food. We have a full bar including wine, beer, specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic mocktails.
Want to make your event extra special? Order Macarons by Sim or a Charcuterie box by Tricky Foods at least 24 hours (48 hours for Sundays) prior to your event to be delivered fresh to your seat! Macarons, chips and candy also available for purchase in studio during your event.
