Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz pARTy to you! We offer fun and creative painting parties on the go, at your location or venue of choice, we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels can even benefit your business by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu. Host a class for your patrons or staff or group.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
Give us a call at 910-219-3943 or email [email protected] to inquire about having an On Wheels event at your home, office, bar, restaurant, etc!
Between set up, class time, and take down, please block out 2-3 hours of time for the event (varies on the size of class).
Event Cost and Minimums
A standard private On Wheels event has a 10 person minimum at $35 – $45 per guest. If you are outside of Jacksonville a travel fee may be required. Rates per class and attendance minimums may vary depending on the event and space available at your location.
What we provide
Wine & Design will provide the fun! We will set up/clean up all painting supplies and our team will be there for step by step instructions to create your work of art!
What you provide
You provide your own food and drinks.
Market the Event
For public events, we can cross promote the class and your businesses through social media channels, newsletters, and our website.
After the Event
We will take a group picture of the masterpieces to post online for additional cross promotion for your business and then we handle the cleanup.
