Booking a Private Party –
Wine & Design offers a wide range of affordable private and public paint & sip parties for all ages, groups and talents. From birthday and bachelorette parties to couples nights, mobile events to private classes, Wine & Design has you covered.
In Studio Events
Thank you for reaching out to us about our events in the studio. We have classes on the calendar for you to join us in the studio every day of the week. Please visit our calendar to find a class that suits you.
Sign up online to reserve a seat we will have everything prepared for you for some creative fun. Just bring a favorite bottle of wine or beer and any snack or appetizer to enjoy while painting with us. We have the cups and corkscrew. Then, arrive 30 minutes early to park your car and for a quick check in at the studio.
Private Parties in the Studio
Uncork your creative side with a private paint pARTy. We host private pARTies for any occasion with a minimum of 10 guests. We have two rooms available for private events with a maximum capacity of up to 30 guests.
Our Pricing
The cost is $45 per person with a minimum of 10 guests for a private paint pARTy for any special occasion. This includes the room, a private artist, canvases, brushes and paints. A deposit of $90 is requested when you book, covers you and a friend. We’ll provide you with a link for your guests’ payment.
Our Options
Our paint pARTies are two hours with a choice of art from hundreds of paintings in our gallery. Our paint pARTies are perfect for couples’ night, outings with friends, something fun to do in Charlotte, birthdays or bachelorette pARTies, and family get-togethers. A place to celebrate any occasion.
Our Travel Policy
We can come to you for a fun paint event on location. You provide chairs, tables, and space for guests to paint at an offsite event. We’ll do all the set up and clean up, too. We will cover the tables, bring easels, canvases, paint, brushes and the FUN.
Our travel is $60 to come to you within 20 miles.

Our Food/Beverage Policy
Our studio is BYOB so you can bring a favorite bottle of wine or beer. We provide the cups & corkscrews. Snacks, appetizers and desserts or nonalcoholic beverages are also welcome to bring. Ask about our catering recommendations.
Class Time
Our paint pARTies are two hours long with an artist teaching you step by step and painting alongside with you.
We also host Paint a Pet pARTies that are three hours long with an artist showing you all the brushstrokes to bring out the details in your pet’s face, body and fur.
