Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
Looking to host a paint party at your location? We can bring the paint pARTY to you. Give us a call at 704.951.5916 or email email@example.com for hosting hosting an On Wheels event at home, in the office, a bar, restaurant or brewery,
A paint pARTy is two hours in length with a private artist. We do all the set up and clean up, too. Between set up time for the event, class time, and time for clean up, plan for 5 hours of time for your event.
Event Cost and Minimums
The minimum to plan a private paint party on location is 10 people. The cost is $37 per guest. The travel fee to come to you is $60 within 20 miles of the studio.
What we provide
Our Wine & Design team will provide all the fun for your paint pARTy! We will cover your tables, set up table easels with canvases and supply the paints, brushes and aprons for every guest. Our artist will guide you step by step and help you make new memories and paint a masterpiece.
What you provide
When we host your private paint pARTy we do not travel with tables and chairs. sop, you would need to provide these for your guests and we handle the rest. For public events, you provide the server, food, and drinks. Patrons can order and enjoy food/ beverages from a menu!
Market the Event
For public events, we will cross-promote the event and your business through social media channels, our websites, and email newsletters. We also help designing a flyer to market the paint pARTy and schedule event posting on Facebook.
After the Event
We love seeing every guest with their paintings at the end of class. We’ll capture the happy moments with a group photo and take photos and videos during class to be shared with you. All photos/videos are posted on social channels after class with announcements of the special occasion celebrated.
