How long does it take to open up a franchise?

This can vary. From signing the franchise agreement to opening your doors it is typically 6-8 months. This range due to a few factors: signing your lease and buildout, and if your state requires that you have a license to serve and sell alcohol. If you are in a state that BYOB is permitted, then you’re looking at a shorter timeline versus a state that you have to obtain the license. The approval timeline for the alcohol license varies by state.
