We strive to start on time, so please arrive early! Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will not be able to join the class. Our studio doors will be locked 15 minutes after the start time to avoid disrupting the experience. If you're attending with a group, please include the number of guests and their names during checkout or email us to ensure you're seated together.

We Value Our Artists and Hosts. Our team puts heart and creativity into every class to make your experience truly special. While we always show our appreciation behind the scenes, it means the world when our guests do the same. Tips are never required, but always appreciated — please come prepared if you'd like to show your thanks for a job well done!

Class Minimums & Cancellations: We require at least 3 registered guests to run any guided session. If your class does not meet the minimum, we will notify you at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time via your provided contact info. In that case, you’ll have the option to reschedule, switch to an open studio, or receive a credit for the full amount paid. Experiences may also be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please check all forms of contact 2 hours before your scheduled class time for any updates.

14 and up are welcome. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Parking is available at the Shockoe Slip Parking Garage or on the street. Consider using a ride-share service as we're conveniently located on the bus route.

Important – ALL SALES FINAL – We do not issue refunds.

To receive a class credit, please notify us at least 2 hours before the event if you cannot attend. Class credits are valid for 60 days after the scheduled event. No-shows or those arriving more than 15 minutes late will not receive a credit. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you'll receive a take-home kit with your canvas/paints or supplies.
