Open Studio | 6pm

Can’t decide on a painting for everyone in your group? Open Studio is perfect for you. This class is slightly different from our traditional classes and is not led step-by-step. But have no fear...you will have an artist available to help you as much as you need. We look forward to painting with you. CHEERS!!

(1) Choose your painting ahead of time from 1000+ paintings (link below) or choose when you arrive from a rotating selection of 50 paintings on the studio walls. Write the name of the painting you would like in the comments box upon check out or email [email protected] ahead of time, to ensure we have your project ready for you.

(2) CLICK HERE to view painting choices "Samples not Done" files are not available for open studio, unless pre -approved.

(3) No artistic talent needed! Be prepared to relax & unwind.

(4) Doors open 30 min before painting start time. Guests are welcome to arrive 15 - 30 mins early to get settled and mingle. We will begin painting at the time listed above!.

(5) BEVERAGES: We have a VA ABC - Marketplace Liquor License that allows us to serve each customer up to 2 beverages included in the price of your ticket purchase. We have a great list of wine, beer, canned cocktails, mimosas and non-alcoholic beverages for you to choose from that will be served by our staff. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED. Must be 21+ with a VALID ID to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to revoke this privilege at any time.

(6) FOOD: You are welcome to bring whatever you would like food wise. We recommend keeping it simple to finger foods and snacks. If you would like to have Pizza or something delivered make sure that it does not arrive any earlier than your arrival.

(7) GRATUITY: Please select from the 2nd drop down above how you would like to tip your Artist. Our artists work really hard to make sure everyone has a great experience and goes home with a painting they are proud of!! 18% - 25% per person is customary.

(8) We are located at 502 Sophia St directly across from Brock’s Riverside Grill.

(9) Accessibility - Our studio is set with counter height tables and stools, as standing while painting is encouraged. However, we are happy to make special accommodations so that all guests are comfortable. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Also, we are located in a historic building that DOES NOT have ADA accessible bathrooms on premises, however Brock's directly across the street does and our guests are welcome to use them.
