Reflection and drawing were a great combination to allow our creativity to run like wild horses—plenty of materials available for our masterpieces. Mimosas also helped our artistic neurons release our imagination. Rachel was energetic and guided the whole section magnificently ( she was also a bartender and cashier). Heart and Soul Therapeutic Art growth garden was relaxing, eye opening, and a creative outlet for mental health. Rachel was patient, open, and excited to teach this new session. Textures colors and different supplies helped understand what, why, and how certain elements were in my garden and how important they were to me. I was able to experiment first and than create.
