Adult Cosplay Camp! **Early Bird Ends August 27th** 6:00pm-10:00pm

Bring Your Favorite Character to Life at Wine & Design Adult Cosplay Camp!

This week-long camp is built for adults ready to create a real costume piece or prop, not just a craft project. Choose your track: Garment/Sewing (pattern work, construction, and fitting toward a full outfit) or Prop/Build (foamsmithing, propmaking, painting & weathering). We guide you step by step each day, from first cut to final finishing touches. You are able to bring your own materials if you are currently working on a project!

Here's how it works:

Fill out our registration form and upload a reference photo of the character or piece you want to build.
We'll review your photo and confirm your project and materials before camp begins.
Show up ready to build! By the end of the week, you'll walk away with a wearable or functional piece. Final trim and detailing may be finishing touches you complete at home.

Please have your reference photo and form submitted by September 6 so we have time to review your project and source materials.

Garment builds require full-week attendance, since construction is sequential (cutting, sewing, fitting, finishing). Prop builds can be booked by the day or the full week.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in before we begin!

If meeting a friend(s), please list the NAME(S) OF ATTENDEES in the "Comment Box" so we can seat you together.

We are currently a BYOB paint & sip studio; feel free to bring your favorite beverages, wine/beer/seltzers, and snacks (we supply cups & bottle openers). Hard liquor is NOT permitted. At this time, we do not provide or sell beverages or food.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales final, NO REFUNDS. We need at least 4+ people to hold a class. If class is subject to cancellation due to low attendance, you will be contacted and offered a refund, transfer/reschedule, or given a credit to attend a future class. The only time we issue a refund is if WE cancel the class due to low registrations. Thank you for your understanding and supporting small business and local artists!
