Booking a Private Party –
Wine & Design offers a wide range of affordable private and public paint and sip parties for all ages, groups and talents. From birthday parties to couples nights, mobile events to private classes, Wine & Design has you covered.
Required Participants
10 person minimum is required for a private Team Building event Mon-Thurs and 13 people Fri-Sun. We can accommodate 50-60 people in our larger studio space, and 15-18 in our smaller space. Larger groups can be accommodated at offsite venues.
Our Pricing
$40 and up per person for our typical 2 hour classes. (Pricing for our specialty classes varies. We also offer customized “art” for an additional fee.)
Our Options
You choose the painting from our gallery of paintings or you may choose to have a piece customized for your party.
Our Travel Policy
A travel fee will be required. Host or venue must provide chairs, tables, and space for guests for an offsite event.

Weekdays and weekends – morning, noon, and night! Contact the studio at (615) 224-8082 to check date availability.
Our Food/Beverage Policy
Feel free to bring your favorite beverages (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages) and food (no nuts, no popcorn, and no sprinkles on cakes/cupcakes) to our studio. Food & Alcohol policies may vary at offsite events, you’ll need to confirm with the venue.
Class Time
Class is typically 2 hours of artist instruction and Includes: easels, pre-traced canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, music and fun.
