Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
We will meet with you to find a good day and time for your event, then post it on our online calendar. We will handle registrations and payments so you don’t have to!
Event Time
Painting will last approximately 2 hours. For arrival, set up, painting, and cleanup, please block out 4-5 hours of time for the event (this will vary dependent upon number of attendees).
Event Cost and Minimums
Customers will sign up for the event through our website and pay in advance. Rates per class and attendance minimums vary depending on the venue, event type, and space available at your location.
What we provide
We provide the fun! This includes 2 hours of art instruction, the artist, all painting supplies and necessary materials to properly care for your space.
What you provide
You provide the space! This includes the server, food, and drinks. Patrons can order and enjoy food and beverages from your menu!
Market the Event
We will promote the event through social media channels, our website, and email newsletters. With each of us cross-promoting, you are sure to see some new faces in your establishment as well as providing customers a fun different form of entertainment!
After the Event
We will take a group picture of the masterpieces to share with you an post online for additional cross-promotion; and then we handle the cleanup.
