Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
Interested in hosting an event at your location? Contact the studio to discuss availability and ensure your location can accommodate our traveling studio.
Event Time
Parties are 2 1/2 hours. Painting time is 2 hours and we like to have 30 minutes prior to the event to allow everyone to arrive and get settled. Total event times include set-up, class and break-down. Please allow 4-5 hours of time for the entire event.
Event Cost and Minimums
Our On Wheels events require a minimum of 15 participants. The cost is $35 per person. Our travel fee for On Wheels events ranges fro $50 to $150. The host is responsible for their own registrations and collection of individual payments. A final head count from the host is due 72 hours in advanc
What we provide
We will provide easels, aprons, canvases, brushes, paint, glasses for brushes and table coverings.
What you provide
You are responsible for providing refreshments (if desired), appropriate tables, chairs, access to a water source and trash facilities. If necessary, you are responsible for covering the floor.
Market the Event
We will promote the event and our businesses through social media channels, our websites, and email newsletters.
After the Event
We will take a group picture of the masterpieces to post online for additional promotion for your business and then we handle the cleanup.
