"SPCA staff, volunteers, and friends gathered this past Saturday at Ithaca's Wine & Design<\/a> studio to paint their furry friends as part of a fundraiser for the SPCA of Tompkins County.<\/p>\n

At the end of the class, Sara Gaughan, owner of Ithaca's Wine & Design, presented Jim Bouderau (Executive Director) and Lynne Conway (Volunteer and Philanthropic Programs Manager) with a $350 check.<\/p>\n

Everyone at the class enjoyed getting in touch with their inner artist and leaving with a 16" x 20" acrylic on canvas painting of their beloved pet. We hope to do a repeat fundraiser later in the year. We have to–most SPCA supporters tend to have more than one pet!<\/p>\n

Thanks again to Sara her generous spirit for guiding participants through the painting process and hosting this wonderful event to benefit the SPCA. If you haven't attended a class at this location, we highly encourage you to do so!"<\/p>\n
