Description
We’re excited to partner with Citrine 48, a beautiful local event venue located directly across the street from Wine & Design, to bring you one of our most popular experiences! Join us for a Western Hat Burning Workshop where you’ll design a one-of-a-kind hat that’s as unique as you are. Your registration includes a premium vegan suede hat in your choice of colors and styles, step-by-step instruction, stencils, design inspiration, embellishments, and access to our signature Hat Bar to personalize your creation. No artistic experience is necessary. Whether you’re creating a hat for concerts, vacations, girls’ nights, or everyday wear, we’ll help you bring your vision to life. Bring your favorite beverage, gather your friends, and enjoy a creative evening while supporting two local small businesses through this special collaboration. All supplies are included. Seating is limited, and advance registration is required. A little note about workshop registrations ?? We know life happens. Plans change, kids get sick, schedules shift and unexpected things come up. We completely understand! We also wanted to give a little behind-the-scenes perspective on how workshop registrations work and why we have our cancellation policy. When you register for a workshop, we begin preparing for YOU. We purchase materials specifically for your project, prep those materials ahead of time, schedule our instructors and reserve one of our limited seats for you. If you contact us at least 48 hours before your workshop, we have the opportunity to reopen your seat and hopefully fill it with another guest. In those situations, we’re happy to work with you according to our class credit policy. Unfortunately, last-minute and same-day cancellations are different. At that point, your materials have already been purchased and prepared, our staff is scheduled, and there is very little opportunity for us to fill your seat. Because of this, we cannot issue refunds or general future class credits for last-minute cancellations. Depending on the workshop, we may be able to move you into another scheduled date for the same project or package your materials for you to complete at home. On the flip side, our workshops also require a minimum number of registered guests in order for us to hold the event. If an event does not meet that minimum, we may need to reschedule it. If that happens, registered guests will have the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive a studio credit to use toward another workshop. We never love having to reschedule an event, just like we know you never plan on having to cancel yours. Our goal is always to be fair and accommodating while also protecting the costs that go into creating these experiences. We’re a small business, and every registration truly matters. Thank you for understanding, planning ahead when you can, and continuing to support our studio.
