Wine & Design: Important Information for Your Painting Experience Registration Required

To ensure seating availability and accommodate special requests, registration is required. You must book the entire number of seats for your party at the time of reservation to guarantee that you are seated together. Due to limited capacity, everyone present must purchase a seat. Payment is required at the time of booking. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email—please check your junk or promotional folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

Seating Requests

If you are attending with others but booking separately, please create or associate your reservation with a group name to ensure you are seated together. Late reservations or in-studio sign-ups may not be accommodated in the requested seating arrangement. We cannot guarantee seat changes upon arrival.

Class Time

Each painting session lasts 2 hours. Painting begins promptly at the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to check in, find your seat, and get settled. If you arrive late, we will do our best to help you catch up, but please note that late arrivals may result in an incomplete painting. Refunds and rescheduling are not available for late arrivals.

What’s Included?

For this public events, each participant will receive: • A 16x20 pre-sketched canvas • A set of three brushes in various shapes and sizes • A palette of coordinating paint colors for the featured painting Participants are welcome to use any of the 14 acrylic paint colors available in our studio.

What Should I Wear?

We provide aprons for all guests, but acrylic paint is permanent once dried. While we do have spot remover on hand, we recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting a little paint on.

Drink Menu

We offer an array of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. If you bring your own wine bottle, there is a $10 corking fee per bottle/ 6 packs of beer. PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER THAT WINE AND OTHER BEVERAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE.

CANCELLATION POLICY - ALL SALES FINAL We do not issue refunds. We must be notified 24 hours in advance to issue a class credit. No credit will be issued to NO SHOWS as we are unable to fill your seat in a timely manner. RESTOCKING FEE of $10 may be applied if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of the event. If there is a threat of inclement weather or if the event has low attendance, it is subject to cancellation. If this is the case, you will be given a credit for another class of equal value. (Leave a message if we don't pick up).

*Cancellation policy: To receive a full credit to be used another time, you must call 48 hours prior to the event. If there is a threat of inclement weather or if the event has low attendance (less than 5 people), it is subject to cancellation. If this is the case, you will be contacted on the DAY OF THE EVENT and given a CREDIT for another class of equal value.
