TERMS & CONDITIONS (The Fine Print)

1. The 2026 All-Access Creator Pass covers the instruction fee and registration for all regularly scheduled public DIY workshops and Canvas painting classes.

2. Class Minimums & Scheduling To ensure a great experience for everyone, we require a minimum of 4 guests registered for a class to proceed. If a class does not meet this minimum, we will notify you 24 hours in advance to help you reschedule

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Your seat is valuable! Because we often have waitlists, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. No-shows without notice prevent other creators from attending. Repeated no-shows (more than 3) may result in a temporary 30-day "booking pause" on your pass.

4. Exclusions & Limitations
Non-Transferable: This pass is for the registered cardholder only.
Special Events: Excludes private parties, corporate team-building events, and select partnership masterclasses.
