Most night lights are plastic and forgettable. This one is hand-soldered glass that glows green and amber across your wall every single night, and the best part is that you made it yourself.

In this beginner-friendly workshop you'll learn to foil, assemble, and solder your very own sea turtle. The glass is pre-cut, so there's no slicing, no stress, and no experience required. You show up, we hand you the pieces, and a local Hampton Roads artist walks you through every step. Three hours later you walk out with a finished, plug-in night light made entirely by your own two hands.

Glowing greens, an iridescent shell, and a warm pop of amber underneath. It plugs into any outlet and turns a hallway, nursery, or bathroom into something actually worth looking at after dark.

Reservations are required. We offer wine, beer, cider, soda, and snacks for purchase to enjoy while you work. Beverages are not included in the ticket price, and no outside food or drink is allowed. You must be 21 or older to drink alcohol in our studio. All ages are welcome to take the class, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and order your food and drink. Studio doors lock 15 minutes after class begins so we don't disrupt the group.
