COMING WITH FRIENDS? We’d love to seat you together! After clicking “Book This Class” and “Proceed to Checkout,” simply use the Order Comment Box to add your friends’ names. We’ll make sure your seats are saved side by side. Celebrating something special? Let us know there too, we’d love to help make it memorable!

ARRIVE EARLY! We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class to check in, choose your seat, and get settled. Painting starts promptly at the scheduled class time, and tardiness may result in loss of your seat. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to catch up on missed steps, and we want you to enjoy the full experience!

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be made in advance online to save your seat and ensure everything is ready for your session. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows; however, a $5 convenience fee applies to walk-in registrations. To help us set up your spot, walk-ins are accepted up to two hours before the event start time. After that, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests. Parents may choose to drop their child off or stay and help them paint. For parents who wish to drop off, please know that our staff is fully background checked and CPR certified to ensure a safe, supervised, and fun environment. Adults who wish to paint their own canvas must purchase a ticket. One parent or guardian is welcome to assist their young artist with their canvas, but adults who would like to paint their own masterpiece will need to purchase a separate ticket.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final. Refunds WILL NOT be given in the event a customer cancels their reservation. Need to reschedule? Just email us [email protected] AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE for a credit. Late cancellations or no-shows do not qualify for a credit.

If we cancel the class due to low sign-ups or inclement weather, you’ll be given a studio credit! Credit MUST be redeemed within 60 days for another class of equal value.
