TEAM BUILDING EVENT: Bring your team together for a creative engaging and stress free experience at Wine & Design Matthews. No artistic experience is needed. Our instructor will guide your group step by step so everyone leaves with a finished piece they are proud of. This experience encourages collaboration connection and creativity outside of the everyday work environment.

ARRIVAL: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in choose your seat and get settled. Instruction begins promptly at the scheduled start time to ensure the best experience for the entire group.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Our studio is BYOB. Teams are welcome to bring beer wine seltzers snacks or light refreshments to enjoy during the event.

SEATING AND COORDINATION: All seats must be reserved in advance. For planning seating arrangements or team specific requests please coordinate through your designated company contact or event organizer.

TEAM BUILDING PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment for team building events must be made in full at least 14 days before your event date. All deposits and event payments are non refundable as materials staffing and studio time are prepared specifically for your group. If you need to cancel or reschedule we require a minimum of 14 days notice and rescheduling is based on studio availability. Studio credits may be issued with at least 10 days notice and require a 25 dollar restocking fee per seat. No refunds are offered at any time and no credits are issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the event including no shows or late arrivals. Promotional discounts and coupons are not valid for private team building events.
