PAINT & PLAY WITH THE ROOS: Join us for a one of a kind family experience at Wine & Design Matthews! Paint alongside two adorable joeys as they safely mingle throughout the studio, followed by time for photos and gentle interaction at the end of the experience. No artistic experience is needed. Our local artist will guide everyone step by step, making this a fun and unforgettable experience for the whole family.

EVERY GUEST NEEDS A PAID TICKET: Every person entering the studio for this experience must have their own paid ticket. No exceptions. This includes parents, guardians, caregivers, siblings, spectators, and anyone accompanying or assisting a participating child. A child's ticket does not include admission for an accompanying adult. If you are entering the studio, you must have a paid ticket, even if you do not plan to paint or interact with the animals. Children under 6 are not permitted. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also has their own paid ticket.

ARRIVAL & LOCKED DOOR POLICY: Doors will open exactly 5 minutes before the scheduled experience. Guests will not be admitted early. No exceptions. Please plan to be outside and ready to enter when the doors open. Once the experience begins, the doors will be locked and late entry will not be permitted. We have live exotic animals inside the studio and will not risk their safety or disrupt the controlled environment to accommodate late arrivals. Please plan your travel accordingly.

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD: Before the doors are locked, please take care of anything that may require you to leave the studio, including smoking or vaping, retrieving items from your vehicle, making phone calls, or handling other personal needs. We have two restrooms onsite, and snacks and non alcoholic beverages are welcome. Once the experience begins, please plan to remain inside until it has concluded. If you choose to leave for any reason, reentry is not guaranteed and may be denied for the safety of the animals and our guests.

TWO HOUR EXPERIENCE: This experience is scheduled for 2 hours and will remain on schedule. Please follow your artist's instructions and keep pace with the class throughout the painting portion. Additional time will not be provided at the end of the experience to finish incomplete paintings. Our joeys require dedicated downtime between sessions to rest and reset, so each experience must conclude on time.

COMING WITH FRIENDS? We'd love to seat your group together! After selecting your seats, use the Order Comment Box during checkout to list the names of those in your party. We create our seating arrangements in advance based on the information provided during registration, so please include everyone you'd like to be seated with.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Walk ins are not permitted. Every person entering the studio must have their own paid ticket. There are no complimentary spectator, parent, caregiver, or helper admissions for this experience. Please purchase a ticket for every person in your party before arriving. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all studio policies, animal safety requirements, arrival requirements, and event terms listed for this experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final and refunds are not provided. Guests who notify us at least 72 hours prior to the experience may receive a studio credit. Cancellations made within 72 hours do not qualify for a refund or studio credit. Late arrivals, guests denied entry due to arriving after the doors have been locked, and no shows do not qualify for refunds or studio credit. All studio credits must be used within 60 days of the original event date.

WEATHER, ANIMAL & STUDIO CANCELLATIONS: If Wine & Design Matthews must cancel due to minimum enrollment requirements, severe weather, animal availability, or circumstances beyond our control, a studio credit will be issued and must be used within 60 days of the original event date.

LIABILITY & SAFETY AGREEMENT: This educational art experience includes interaction with live kangaroos under the supervision of a USDA licensed Wildlife Exhibitor operating in compliance with applicable requirements. By booking this event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to follow all posted and verbal safety instructions. Animal interaction is permitted only during designated times and under staff supervision. Minors must remain under the direct supervision of their accompanying adult at all times. By attending, you assume the inherent risks associated with animal interaction and art activities and agree that Wine & Design Matthews is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from failure to follow posted rules, staff instructions, or improper conduct.

PHOTO NOTICE: By booking, you consent to the use of photos and videos for marketing purposes for yourself and any minors in your party unless you notify our staff upon arrival.

GRATUITY: We believe every guest deserves a VIP experience. Our artists and event team work hard to make this experience fun, memorable, and exceptional. While never expected, gratuity is always greatly appreciated and directly supports the artists and team who make it all possible. Gratuity may be added during checkout or provided directly to your artist via cash, Cash App, or Venmo.
