Paint And Play With Baby Roo's (Kangaroos) Limited Seats!

A ONE-OF-A-KIND FAMILY EXPERIENCE. Join us for a family-friendly paint class featuring two adorable joeys in the studio. The kangaroos will safely mingle during class, with time for photos and gentle interaction at the end. Our instructor will guide everyone step by step, so just bring your creativity and a good attitude — we’ll take care of the rest.

SEATING REQUIREMENT: Every guest in attendance must have a paid seat. Due to the nature of this experience, children under 6 are not permitted to attend this event.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, choose your seats, and get settled. Painting begins promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their seat and may not be able to catch up on missed steps.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Payment must be made online in advance to reserve your seat. Walk-ins are not permitted unless stated otherwise for a specific event. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that each painting has specific paint colors selected to achieve the final design. If you would like to personalize your canvas or request additional colors beyond what is included, just let us know — additional colors may require a small upcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided. You must notify us at least 72 hours before the event to receive a class credit. Requests inside the 72-hour window require a $15 restocking fee to receive credit. No-shows do not receive credit.

IF WE CANCEL: If the event is canceled due to low enrollment, weather, or animal availability, a studio credit will be issued. Credit must be used within 60 days toward a class of equal value.

LIABILITY & SAFETY AGREEMENT: This is an educational art experience that includes interaction with live kangaroos under the supervision of a USDA-licensed Wildlife Exhibitor who complies with NC Wildlife Resources Commission requirements and USDA Animal Welfare Act standards. By completing this booking, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to follow all posted and verbal safety instructions. Interaction with animals is only permitted during designated times and when directed by staff. Minors must remain supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. By attending, you assume all risks associated with animal interaction and art activities and agree that Wine & Design Matthews is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from failure to follow rules or improper conduct.

PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE: By booking, you consent to photo and video use for marketing purposes for yourself and any minors in your party. If you prefer not to be included, please respectfully notify staff upon arrival.
