BYOB: Bring your own beer, wine, or seltzers to enjoy while you paint. Feel free to bring snacks to enjoy during the session.

COMING WITH FRIENDS? We’re happy to seat you together. After clicking “Book This Class” and “Proceed to Checkout,” use the Order Comment Box to list the names of those in your party. Celebrating something? Let us know — we love making the experience memorable.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, choose a seat, and get settled. Painting begins promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to join or catch up, and your seat may be forfeited.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Payment must be made online in advance to secure your seat. Walk-ins are not guaranteed unless specified for a particular event. Each guest must have a paid seat. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that each painting has specific paint colors chosen to achieve the final design. If you’d like to customize your palette beyond what is provided, just let us know — additional colors may require a small upcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided. You must notify us at least 72 hours before the event to receive a class credit. Requests made inside the 72-hour window require a $15 restocking fee to receive a credit. No-shows do not receive credit.

If the studio cancels due to low enrollment or inclement weather, a studio credit will be issued. Credits must be used within 60 days and apply only toward a class of equal value.

PHOTO AND VIDEO NOTICE: By booking, you consent to photo and video use for marketing purposes for yourself and any minors in your party. If you prefer not to be included, please respectfully notify staff upon arrival.
