Payment is required at time of reservation via online/phone/in studio. Send your photos to [email protected].. MUST SEND PHOTOS BY WED. BEFORE event! NOTE: the better the photo, the better the painting. Head shots preferred. 16 x 20 canvas only ONE pet per canvas. House/Boat/Truck/Vacation Scenic pic also allowed. The eyes,nose and mouth can be painted for you in advance per your request at no extra charge. The class is 3.5 hrs long and a reservations with pre-payment is a MUST. To pay online simply continue on to add your seat in your cart, Once your image is sent and all reservations are taken for the class, you will be emailed with image preferences and cropping suggestions. Reservations will not be taken later than 2 days before class, as they are drawn out in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in and seated. You are welcome to bring your own beer/wine and snacks/food with you to our class. BYOB Coupons not valid for P.Y.P. classes. Cancelation policy: A 24 hour notice via phone/email before class time is required for a refund. Cancelation after 24 hours will result in a credit for a future class good for 90 days. Guests that fail to SHOW with out warning, forfeit their seating and purchase. A refund/credit will not be issued. Inclement weather Policy: You will be notified well in advance of the class (if possible) as to a rescheduled event.
