AUGUSTA UNIVERSITY

This is a private On Wheels event that will be held on Saturday, 8/15/2026, from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM at STREET ADDRESS | CITY, STATE ZIP CODE.

Our artist(s) will arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the start of the event to set-up. We will provide 1-2 artists, canvases, paint, paintbrushes, paper plates/paint palette, aprons, paper towels/napkins, and water cups for the pARTy.

You (the Host) will need to provide other needed equipment for the event (access to water, chairs, tables, tablecloths/furnishing & floor covering (if desired), refreshments for guests, etc.).

We can provide music, if necessary.

If a custom painting is desired, an additional design fee of $75/hr is required (minimum of 1 hour). Design typically takes up to 2 hours.

*Cancellation policy:

Refunds will not be given in the event that you cancel your reservation (event). To receive a credit for another event, you must notify us at least 20 days in advance. Guests may transfer their tickets to someone else attending your event.

If there is a threat of inclement weather, the event is subject to cancellation. If this is the case, you will be given a credit for another class of equal value (good for 30 days). Thank you!

• When you book a private event with us, you will have the opportunity to choose your own painting! Use your host code to select a single canvas painting from our gallery for the pARTy. We will need your selection by noon on Friday, MM/DD/YYYY.

• A deposit of $175 (1 ticket) is required to reserve your date and time (and will be applied to the purchase of your tickets). Remit purchase by noon on Friday, MM/DD/YYYY. A $xx travel fee is due the day of the event.

• We require that you notify us 7 days prior to your event should you need to cancel or you not receive credit for a future event.
