Wine & Design On Wheels can bring the art buzz to you! We partner with local businesses to offer fun and creative painting parties at a variety of your favorite venues and we can even come to your home! Wine & Design will bring the creativity to your location and take care of all the details – from supplies and setup to artist instruction, cleanup, and of course, the fun!
On Wheels for Businesses
Wine & Design on Wheels benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your patrons will get an opportunity to explore their creative side with friends at your business location. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu.
How It Works
Schedule an Event
We will speak with you to find a good day and time for your event, then we will post it on our online calendar. We handle registrations and payments so you don’t have to!
Between set up, class time, and take down, please block out 4 hours of time for the event (varies on the size of class).
Event Cost and Minimums
Rates per class and attendance minimum is 15 people. Maximum may vary depending on the event and space available at your location. The minimum # of guests must be paid for 1 week in advance of the event date.$250 nonrefundable deposit at time of booking required.

Wine & Design will provide the fun! We will cover your tables, set up our easels and we will be there to instruct an art class!

You will provide the food, beverages and servers,
Market the Event
We will help you cross-promote the event through social media channels at cost, and offer your event to our customers for a minimal fee. This may involve writing a brief story or placing an ad in our newsletter about your event.
After the Event
We will take a group picture of the masterpieces to post online for additional cross promotion for your business and then we handle the paint cleanup.
