The Wine & Design name and reputation was built for the establishment of good trust. This Wine & Design (“Policy”) describes how Wine & Design Franchise LLC and its franchise stores collects, uses and discloses personal information of customers through our websites and online services, including wineanddesign.com and other Wine & Design owned or operated websites or mobile applications and online services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Sites”), through our programs and in our physical stores (“Services”). Refund Policy:

Due to the supplies and preparation needed for each of our classes, we have a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

We know life happens. If you can’t make it to an event you registered for, let us know as soon as possible. If you contact us more than 24 hours before the event is scheduled, we will be happy to move you to an event that works better for your schedule or issue a credit good towards any future event. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of an event will not be honored. You can, however, transfer your class to another person or pick up the supplies that would have been provided to you during the scheduled event.

Chargeback Policy

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit or debit card charge placed on the Sites and/or at the Services initiated by You. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If You feel that Your credit or debit card was used fraudulently on the Sites or at the Services, please contact Pinot’s Palette for immediate resolution.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON THE SITES OR AT THE SERVICES. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU OR ANY AUTHORIZED USER OF THE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, YOU AGREE THAT PINOT’S PALETTE MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK IN ADDITION TO FEES BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY.
