Arriving more than 30 minutes late to any class may result in a canceled class if you are the only painters, and\u00a0 will not be issued a refund or reschedule. All events are for ages 18 and up. No infants, No exceptions. Groups with ages below 18 will be asked to leave an event, and all tickets\/registrations will be forfeited.\u00a0 21 and over may (BYOB) Bring Your Own Bottles \u2013 No Liquor. No large platters. Registration and payment are required at least 1 hr. prior to class time on our online calendar. Every person in the studio is required to have a paid admission \u2013 No non-painting guests \u2013 No exceptions. Due to our studio being small and high in volume, any artwork left at the Wine &amp; Design studio longer than 7 days will be disposed of. Our studio does not offer Gift Certificates. All previously purchased Gift Certificates\u00a0 expire after 90 days from purchase. We cannot accept any expired Gift Certificates. No pets allowed.<\/p>\n<p>** Cancellation policy as follows: Refunds will not be given in the event that a customer cancels their reservation. To receive a one-time 14 day reschedule towards another class you must email anderson.sc@wineanddesign.com at least 24 hours before an event. For this reason, please note that if you are booking a reservation within 24 hours of the class, a reschedule will NOT be an option in the event you cannot attend class. No class reschedule extensions, no exceptions. Failure to give 24hr cancellation notice, via email only, results in waste of supplies &amp; loss of potential registrations, and forfeit of one-time 14 day class reschedule opportunity. ***No reschedule will be given within 24 hours of the event, or in the event of a no-show.<br \/>\nPrivate Parties: Should you need to cancel\/reschedule a private party, there is a 7 day cancellation\/reschedule policy. You MUST cancel\/reschedule 7 days in advance via email only to avoid a $200 cancellation\/reschedule fee due to our high volume schedule. Refunds will not be given in the event that a host or guest cancels their reservation. Substitutions can be made, and anyone can attend in someone else\u2019s absence.<br \/>\nIf the National Weather Services releases a WARNING of inclement weather, or if the event has low attendance, it is subject to cancellation. If this is the case, you will be contacted the DAY OF THE EVENT and given a 14 day reschedule for another class of equal value. We did a combination birthday party for my daughters who turned four and seven. She made booking and planning the party really easy. She was always quick with emails and responses to all of my questions. The flow of the party was really good, both the parents and kids were happy. So fun to do something besides create another painting for the closet! Everyone was helpful, plenty of supplies, and they look great from a distance.&#10;&#10;This 3\/5 review today is related to what happened to our boards after the class. My daughter in law recommended picking up the project asap as hers (rhe month prior) had damage from how it was stored, knicks in the project from it being slid in and out of the piled up boards on a shelf, as people picked up their own project. I went back within the week to avoid this. My $100+ board (and my friend&#039;s) have the same damage. Incredibly disappointing, especially for what these cost.&#10;&#10;Great idea, fun class, great staff. So fun to do something besides create another painting for the closet! Everyone was helpful, plenty of supplies, and they look great from a distance. This 3\\\/5 review today is related to what happened to our boards after the class. My daughter in law recommended picking up the project asap as hers (rhe month prior) had damage from how it was stored, knicks in the project from it being slid in and out of the piled up boards on a shelf, as people picked up their own project. I went back within the week to avoid this. My $100+ board (and my friend's) have the same damage. Incredibly disappointing, especially for what these cost. Great idea, fun class, great staff.
